YES! I'm so happy to hear that!!! I agree, stretching is under-represented and honestly it's the foundation!! I was in a stretching class the other day and the teacher explained how warming up and cooling down (before and after stretching) is also extremely important to prevent injuries! Stretching is the same, to prevent injuries before engaging in other activities (ie: running, hiking, biking, etc.) I'm really happy to hear that you've discovered that it works for you as well!! :)
